The Team

About us

Prism was founded by two partners – Nick Harris, a Google alum, and Skip Cass, a former media & operating executive with experience in managing both larger and smaller businesses. Nick & Skip’s shared passion for developing pragmatic, profitable advertising strategies for our clients is at the core of our team’s values. In addition to our founding team, Prism partners with a variety of developers, analysts, and trusted marketing experts to ensure your businesses expectations are consistently being exceeded. 

Nick Harris

Nick Harris began his digital marketing career at Google where he spent 5 years partnering with hundreds of businesses on improving their advertising efforts. While at Google, Nick was a standout performer and leader on Google’s Accelerated Growth Team – a specialized team of digital strategists that partnered with the fastest growing advertisers in America. It is on this team where Nick mastered his digital marketing expertise, directly managing over $50 million annually, while learning first hand many of the challenges that growing businesses often face. Nick has a unique ability to tie his marketing expertise and business acumen together to help clients become more strategic with their advertising efforts. Nick received his Bachelors of Science from Babson College in Massachusetts where he studied Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Marketing. Nick is proudly from Vermont and currently resides in Denver, CO.

Skip Cass

Skip Cass brings a unique blend of start-up, operating and corporate experience with both digital and traditional media and marketing businesses.  Skip’s background ranges from oversight of publicly traded companies generating over $600 million in annual revenue and employing 3,000 employees to launching start-ups and running early-stage private equity portfolio companies.  Skip’s previously positions include head of interactive, business development, technology and operations at Belo Corp (owner of TV stations and newspapers throughout the US), board member of Cars.com, CEO of LRS (manufacturer of on-site guest tracking and notification tools) and CEO of Appareon, a digital marketing agency.  Skip is also a licensed attorney and graduate of Stanford Executive Program at the Graduate School of Business, where he also served as president of the Stanford Business School Alumni Association and advisor to the dean’s advisory council.  Skip and his wife have two children and currently reside in the New Orleans area.
